Our beginning…and our journey towards success…
Mr. Prashant S. Sabbanwar, Our CEO has been the driving force for the success of our company, since its inception in 2014. His energy and passion has helped the company in completing more than 150 swimming pool and spa projects, and there is no slowing down by any means.
Mr. Prashant Sabbanwar is a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering. He then completed his post graduation in Water Quality Management on company sponsorship from Ion Exchange India Ltd.
He got his first posting in Hyderabad as a Service Engineer, where he started handling projects with values ranging 1Lac to 10 Lacs. He then moved to their Tamil Nadu (Hosur) factory location as a Project Engineer, where he was handling diverse projects, with values ranging from 50 lacs to 5 Cr, all across South India region.
Later the company promoted him to the Export Division of Ion Exchange, located at Rabale (Mumbai). There he handled all Gulf projects (Saudi, Oman, UAE, and Bahrain), with project values ranging from 5Cr to 10Cr.p>
After working for 8 years with them, he moved into the Sales department of Astral Pools in Chennai (Astral Pools is the No 1 Company in the Swimming Pool Industry, and their factory is based in Europe (Spain)). He handled the Pune region as Assistant Sales Manager, and worked there for 2 years.
He then ventured into partnership in a Swimming Pool Contractor business in 2012. After a couple of years, he decided to start his own business as a proprietor. That decision led to the inception of Swimming Pools & Spa.
Now that the business is doing extremely good, he is happy with the decision to start Swimming Pools & Spa. The company has become a popular choice for all kinds of swimming pools and spa solutions, not only in Goa, but also in many other states.
His passion and positive attitude has helped the company to build happy clients and long term relationships.
We are also a Channel Associate Partner for Thermax Water & Waste Water Division for Goa, in the name of Schmidt & Neumann Engineering LLP.
The credit for the success of Swimming Pools & Spa also goes to Ms. Swati Sabbanwar. She is an Electronics Engineer (BE) and has worked for 4 years as a software developer. She joined her husband’s business in 2012 and has taken up the joint responsibility in handling management. She handles HR and Accounts, and is responsible for managing accounts and employee training activities.
She is a great lover of arts and her artifacts have been showcased in many art shows. Ms. Swati brings in the advantage of creativity and artistic knowledge, which makes Swimming Pools & Spa stand out among our competitors.
